Enter the staff Lucky Lotto for a chance to win $500!

Charlies Foundation for Research run a fortnightly Lucky Lotto for staff across the North Metropolitan Health Service. Each fortnight, one lucky winner receives $500. Participation in Lucky Lotto supports the dedicated staff at Sir Charles Gardiner and Osborne Park Hospitals to create hospital driven research that helps deliver better patient outcomes. 

To enter Lucky Lotto, simply complete the deduction form and email to hss.contactcentre@health.wa.gov.au from your staff email address. 

Staff can enter for as little as $1 a fortnight straight from their pay. Enter as many times as desired and increase the chance of winning by increasing the deduction amount. $2 = 2 entries, $5 = 5 entries, $10 = 10 entries etc. 

Winners are notified by email and will need to provide bank details to the Foundation to receive the $500. Winners may also choose to share their story and reason for entering the Lucky Lotto for the chance to be featured on our website.
