This Saturday, 8 August, the CUWFC Men’s A Grade squad is holding a game day fundraiser in support of Charlies Foundation for Research and Giving Day 2026.

Charlies Foundation is the primary fundraising body for Sir Charles Gairdner and Osborne Park Hospitals, helping fund life-changing medical research, innovative equipment and projects that improve patient care.

This year's Giving Day will raise funds for six staff-led hospital projects, including initiatives supporting cancer care, intensive care, palliative care, breast cancer treatment and immunology research. On Giving Day, every donation is doubled by matched funding partners, meaning every dollar goes twice as far.

To help raise awareness, our Men's A Grade and A Reserves will be wearing blue armbands during their matches.
